Microsoft launched this course first on 1st February 2010 and the content of this course was updated on 24th November 2020. Candidates of this certifications are likely to work on Azure Administrator job roles.
Microsoft Azure Administrator exam measures the skill of an individual to govern and manage Azure identities, implement the cloud storage mechanism, install and configure Azure compute resources, Configure and troubleshoot virtual networking and monitor and backup Azure resources. Usually, Azure Administrators are playing their role as part of a team, which is responsible for implementing the cloud infrastructure of the organization.
Prerequisites
The Microsoft Azure Administrator course has no specific prerequisites.
It is recommended for the candidates of this certification to have at least six months of hand-on experience on Microsoft Azure platform including a basic to advanced level of understanding on the Azure platform.Â
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Products and Azure based cloud environments is ideal but not required.
