The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is the second level of the Lean Six Sigma Belt program, which teaches you the fundamentals of Six Sigma and its methodologies. This course comprises Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and Green Belt training to provide you with a thorough and complete training experience. During this certification, you will obtain the skills needed to effectively help with data gathering and analysis for Black Belt-led initiatives. Six Sigma tools, methods, and their usefulness to an organization are covered in detail, and you will learn how to apply the concepts to any quality improvement project.
