LEAN SIX SIGMA YELLOW BELT TRAINING

Lean six sigma is a training course in three different versions, i.e., blue, yellow, and Black. Lean Six Sigma Yellow belt is one of the courses by Lean Six Sigma training courses. In this course, you will learn the necessary skills required to lead your business towards development, carry out applications across a broad range of positions and industries, and gain the certification to integrate six sigma methodologies for the development of production and transactional systems. In this course, the system can be used to produce the consumer requirements, achieve the organisation’s objectives, and lead the project as a project manager member. Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt needs to be done before the Green Belt as this is a sequentially designed content. 

The exam of this course has been designed by the International Association for Six Sigma Certification (IASSC), named as IASSC Certified Yellow Belt (ICYB) Exam, which will test the learner’s knowledge of the Lean Six Sigma Methodology. 

The course is designed for two types of candidates. Type 1 is for those candidates who already have knowledge about this and want to have a single level or certification. In path 1, the standard test will be conducted. The second path is for candidates who want to learn the various belts levels and might need to pass the examination in three attempts. In path 2, the self-paced tests will be conducted.
