    The management team at London IT Training Ltd holds ultimate responsibility for safeguarding practices within the organisation. Their specific duties include:

  • Providing ongoing safeguarding training and education for all employees and contractors.
  • Ensuring that safeguarding concerns are handled confidentially and according to legal requirements.

5.2 Employee and Contractor Responsibilities

  • Reporting concerns directly to the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) or management team.
  • Documenting the nature of the concern, including relevant details and any action taken.
  • In cases where the DSL or management is unavailable or if there is an immediate risk to an individual’s safety, staff are encouraged to contact local authorities, the police, or a relevant safeguarding body directly.

6.4 Responding to Safeguarding Concerns
When safeguarding concerns are reported, London IT Training Ltd will:

  • Take immediate action to ensure the safety and well-being of the individual(s) involved.
  • Investigate the concerns thoroughly, maintaining confidentiality throughout the process.
